Return & Refund Policy

At Urban Proto, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are processed.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Physical Damage: Product is received in a physically damaged condition (broken, cracked, dented, or visibly defective).
- Manufacturing Defects: Product has manufacturing defects that affect its functionality or performance.
- Wrong Item Shipped: You received an incorrect product that does not match your order.
- Incomplete Order: Parts or accessories are missing from the package that were listed in the product description.
⚠️ Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear after product use
- Products with removed or tampered serial numbers/labels
- Products without original packaging and accessories
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, we cannot guarantee acceptance of your return request. However, products covered under warranty may still be eligible for repair or replacement according to warranty terms.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return a product:

Contact Support:
Email us at returns@urbanproto.com with your order number, product details, and photos/videos clearly showing the damage or defect.

Await Approval:
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return authorization if your case qualifies.

Package the Product:
Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. Include a copy of the invoice.

Ship the Product:
Ship the product to the address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to verify the reported issue.
- If the return is approved, you will receive a full refund or replacement (based on your preference).
- If the product is found to be functional without the reported damage/defect, the return will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Online Payments (UPI/Cards): Refunds will be credited to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when initiating the return.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product).
Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a new unit of the same product once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Replacement shipping is free of charge for eligible returns. If the product is out of stock, you may choose an equivalent alternative or request a full refund.
Warranty Coverage
All products come with a 6-month replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or software-related issues. For warranty claims, please contact our support team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
